Visiting deity (raihoshin) ritual took place in the Noto area on Dec 5 to welcome invisible deities to individual house. Our research team went up to the Yanagida Botanical Garden and an individual house to observe and experience Tanokami-sama ritual. The offerings are for appreciation for the past year yields in the field. Some people call this Aenokoto and an event, not a ritual.
